Accent's fauxwood 2 and 2½ inch custom blinds are made to the highest standards in the industry. Each blind is constructed to stringent specifications using the best components available in the market place. Our Fauxwood slats are formed to a consistent 3 mill thickness adding strength and durability thus eliminating warping, sagging and discoloration. Our blinds are offered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, backed by our ridged quality control standards.

When will I receive my order?
The manufacturing time for your order is typically 7-10 days and then your order is shipped. Add the standard shipping time to the manufacturing time and you'll have a good sense of the length of time to receive your order.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is FREE for orders under 102" wide. Orders over 102" wide will incur a $45 oversixe package fee. Accent Shutter ships only within the state of Texas. All online sales are limited to the state of Texas.
What is your Return Policy?
All of our orders are custom, made-to-order for each customer, they cannot be returned except for warranty repairs. Orders may only be cancelled or changed during the first 24 hours and as long as your order has not gone into production. On orders that can be stopped, there is a 10% cancellation fee. Of course, we understand that mistakes may occur and if we make a mistake on your order we will either repair or remake it at no charge to you. If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the type of error, we will either remake it at a discounted price or we may have you return the product to the factory for alteration.
Who will install my shutters or blinds?
If you reside in Houston, Austin and their surrounding areas, installation is FREE. Installation instructions are packaged along with your order. If you're not a do-it-yourselfer, consider a local installer or handy-man.
